Compa Index connects with Workday seamlessly via Report-as-a-Service (RaaS). This approach is advantageous compared to an API integration because it takes far less time and effort to complete. Our data science engine structures offer data to provide powerful internal reporting and to connect you to real-time, offers-based market data.

This document contains details on resources required to connect to Compa via Workday RaaS and the scope of data shared.

Connecting to Workday

Workday connects with Compa using Report-as-a-Service (RaaS). Unlike an API integration, the RaaS connection can be completed quickly with limited resource requirements from your team.

Compa partners with Intecrowd, an award-winning Workday Services Partner, and your Workday Admin to configure your RaaS connection. The process consists of building reports with the required fields and scheduling automatic delivery to Compa. Once the Workday RaaS and Compa are connected, we'll conduct tests to ensure data is flowing as expected. Workday RaaS development typically takes ~6 weeks to complete.

Once Workday is connected, your compensation team will receive a questionnaire regarding your company info, compensation programs, and career architecture. We recommend setting aside 20-30 minutes to complete.

Compa’s Customer Success team will configure your offer data from Workday in combination with questionnaire responses and schedule time with you to review for accuracy.
