There's so much great information on the candidate profile, we wanted to break down each section so you don't miss a thing!
The top of the screen includes the following:
Candidate name and application
If the candidate has multiple applications, a dropdown will be available so you can pick the appropriate application
Deep link to the candidate's profile in your ATS
Indication of the last time Compa synced with your ATS
Navigational tabs
View settings for pay type, time period and currency
Resource center

The top half of the screen includes two areas: Prediction Inputs & Compa Estimate and the Offer Builder.
The Prediction Inputs help feed the Compa Estimate. The more information you capture, the more refined the Compa Estimate gets. These pieces of information also feed other insights within Compa, like Reporting, so we encourage you to collect as much data as you can!
Ready to start building an offer? Head to the top right section of the screen and click "Create Offer". A pop-up Offer Builder will appear where you'll capture pay elements and get insights on your offer via Traffic Lights. Once done, tabs across the top of the offer section provide easy viewing of offers that may have come over from your ATS and/or offers you've built in Compa.
The bottom half of the screen houses Swimlanes, which is your visual guide for apples-to-apples comparisons. All that information you've been gathering and building is automatically structured so that you'll know how everything stacks up in an easy, at-a-glance view!
Last, but not least, you can share all this great information - internally with your team or stakeholders AND externally with candidates. You don't have to download a PDF, or export data to build your own report. Click Share, toggle elements, add an email(s) and send an invite. Just like that you're on your way to a winning offer in record time and all from the comfort of one screen! π
