How to edit and/or change data for a Company

Capturing data about the companies you compete against for candidates can be an important differentiator in helping you tailor effective offer strategies.

Compa's Companies feature captures and creates a company profile for each of your competitors from your ATS. Editing tools allow you to add more data to a company profile, which can be shared across your entire team to help grow your collective understanding about the market. You can also see summary statistics for your Top Rejection Reasons.

Once you're in a Company's detail page, click on "Edit Company Knowledge" (or on any of the rows in the table) to change or add information.

When finished, click "Save Changes" to exit.
