✅ You can confirm salary history if voluntarily disclosed, or after an offer has been extended
📌 Employers with 15 or more employees must disclose the wage scale or salary range (and give a general description of all benefits and other compensation) for all job postings - regardless of applicant request or if an offer of employment has been made (takes effect January 1, 2023).
