Retaliate against an applicant who refuses to provide wage history

Disclose hourly or salary compensation or a range of hourly or salary compensation and a general description of all benefits and other compensation
Post pay for remote jobs that could be performed in the state (e.g., applies to all multi-state employers posting remote work roles that could be filled by a Coloradoan if the employer already has an employee in Colorado)
Notify current employees of promotion opportunities and keep records of job descriptions and wages
